But that best of men (nararṣabhaḥ), wounded by arrows (śarapīḍitaḥ), quickly dismounted (avaplutya) from his chariot with slain horses (hatāśvāt), and quickly ascended (ārūroha) Kṛpa's (kṛpasya) chariot.
