महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-134, verse-45

शरवृष्टिं तु तां मुक्तां सूतपुत्रेण भारत ।
व्यधमच्छरवर्षेण स्मयन्निव धनंजयः ॥४५॥
45. śaravṛṣṭiṁ tu tāṁ muktāṁ sūtaputreṇa bhārata ,
vyadhamaccharavarṣeṇa smayanniva dhanaṁjayaḥ.
45. śaravṛṣṭim tu tām muktām sūtaputreṇa bhārata
| vyadhamat śaravarṣeṇa smayan iva dhanaṃjayaḥ
45. bhārata tu dhanaṃjayaḥ smayan iva sūtaputreṇa
muktām tām śaravṛṣṭim śaravarṣeṇa vyadhamat
45. But, O Bharata, Dhananjaya (Arjuna), as if smiling, dispersed that volley of arrows released by Karna with a shower of his own arrows.
