महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-134, verse-15

एष मूलं ह्यनर्थानां दुर्योधनमते स्थितः ।

15. Indeed, this one is the root of all misfortunes, unwavering in Duryodhana's counsel. Exclaiming, 'Kill him!', the Kṣatriyas charged.
