महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-43, verse-45

सायकेन सुपीतेन तीक्ष्णेन निशितेन च ।
तौ जघ्नतुस्तदान्योन्यं शरैर्बहुविधैर्मृधे ॥४५॥
45. sāyakena supītena tīkṣṇena niśitena ca ,
tau jaghnatustadānyonyaṁ śarairbahuvidhairmṛdhe.

jaghṇatuḥ tadā anyonyaṃ śaraiḥ bahuvidhaiḥ mṛdhe
45. tau tadā mṛdhe sāyakena supītena tīkṣṇena

45. Then, in battle, those two warriors struck each other with a well-sharpened, keen, and sharp arrow, and also with various other arrows.
