महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-43, verse-3

आसीत्किलकिलाशब्दस्तलशङ्खरवैः सह ।
जज्ञिरे सिंहनादाश्च शूराणां प्रतिगर्जताम् ॥३॥
3. āsītkilakilāśabdastalaśaṅkharavaiḥ saha ,
jajñire siṁhanādāśca śūrāṇāṁ pratigarjatām.

jajñire siṃhanādāḥ ca śūrāṇām pratigarjatām
3. talaśaṅkharavaiḥ saha kilakilāśabdaḥ āsīt śūrāṇām pratigarjatām ca siṃhanādāḥ jajñire.
3. There was a clamor accompanied by the sounds of hand-clapping and conchs. And the lion-like roars of the heroes roaring in response also arose.
