महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-160, verse-37

चन्द्रमा विमलं व्योम यथाभ्युदिततारकम् ।
विदार्याग्निं तथा भूतमुत्थितं श्रूयते ततः ॥३७॥
37. candramā vimalaṁ vyoma yathābhyuditatārakam ,
vidāryāgniṁ tathā bhūtamutthitaṁ śrūyate tataḥ.

vidārya agniṃ tathā bhūtam utthitaṃ śrūyate tataḥ
37. yathā abhyuditatārakam vimalaṃ vyoma candramā,
tathā agniṃ vidārya tataḥ utthitaṃ bhūtam śrūyate
37. Just as the moon appears in a clear, star-studded sky, similarly, a being, having split the fire, is heard to have emerged from it.
