महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-84, verse-41

आवृत्तजिह्वस्य सतो वाक्यं कान्तं भविष्यति ।
बालस्येव प्रवृद्धस्य कलमव्यक्तमद्भुतम् ॥४१॥

41. For one whose tongue is twisted, speech will become charming, like the indistinct, yet wonderful, utterance of a growing child.
