तमूचुर्विबुधाः सर्वे ते चैव परमर्षयः ।
त्वां नियोक्ष्यामहे कार्ये तद्भवान्कर्तुमर्हति ।
कृते च तस्मिन्भविता तवापि सुमहान्गुणः ॥४६॥

46. tamūcurvibudhāḥ sarve te caiva paramarṣayaḥ ,
tvāṁ niyokṣyāmahe kārye tadbhavānkartumarhati ,
kṛte ca tasminbhavitā tavāpi sumahānguṇaḥ.

46. All the deities and those great sages replied to him, "We will appoint you to a task, and you, sir, should undertake it. When that is accomplished, a very great benefit will accrue to you as well."
