शशाप ज्वलनः सर्वान्द्विरदान्क्रोधमूर्छितः ।
प्रतीपा भवतां जिह्वा भवित्रीति भृगूद्वह ॥३४॥

34. The fire (jvalana), overcome with rage, cursed all the elephants, saying, 'Your tongues shall be turned backward,' O descendant of Bhṛgu.
