देवाश्च शप्ता रुद्राण्या प्रजोच्छेदे पुरा कृते ।
न भविष्यति वोऽपत्यमिति सर्वजगत्पते ॥७॥

7. O Lord of all worlds! Formerly, regarding the cessation of progeny, the gods were cursed by Rudrāṇī, who declared, 'You shall have no offspring.'
