महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-84, verse-8

ब्रह्मोवाच ।
हुताशनो न तत्रासीच्छापकाले सुरोत्तमाः ।
स उत्पादयितापत्यं वधार्थं त्रिदशद्विषाम् ॥८॥
8. brahmovāca ,
hutāśano na tatrāsīcchāpakāle surottamāḥ ,
sa utpādayitāpatyaṁ vadhārthaṁ tridaśadviṣām.
8. brahmā uvāca hutāśanaḥ na tatra āsīt śāpakāle sura_uttamāḥ
saḥ utpādayitā apatyam vadha_artham tridaśa_dviṣām
8. brahmā uvāca he sura_uttamāḥ hutāśanaḥ śāpakāle na tatra
āsīt saḥ tridaśa_dviṣām vadha_artham apatyam utpādayitā
8. Brahmā said: 'O best of gods! Fire (Agni) was not present at the time of the curse. He will produce progeny for the destruction of the enemies of the gods.'
