महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-213, verse-62

यस्मिञ्जाते महाबाहुः कुन्तीपुत्रो युधिष्ठिरः ।
अयुतं गा द्विजातिभ्यः प्रादान्निष्कांश्च तावतः ॥६२॥
62. yasmiñjāte mahābāhuḥ kuntīputro yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ,
ayutaṁ gā dvijātibhyaḥ prādānniṣkāṁśca tāvataḥ.
62. yasmin jāte mahābāhuḥ kuntīputraḥ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ
ayutam gā dvijātibhyaḥ prādāt niṣkān ca tāvataḥ
62. When he (Abhimanyu) was born, the mighty-armed Yudhiṣṭhira, son of Kuntī, gave ten thousand cows and as many gold necklaces (niṣkān) to the twice-born (dvijātibhyaḥ, Brahmins).
