बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-54, verse-4

गृहक्षेत्राभिवृद्धिश्च गोमहिष्यादिलाभकृत् ।
महाराजप्रसादेन स्वेष्टसिद्धिः सुखावहा ॥४॥
