There will be success (siddhi) in agricultural undertakings, and acquisition of elephants, garments, and ornaments. However, if (Mercury is) debilitated (nīca), combust (astamgata), or situated in the 6th, 8th, or 12th house, then [the aforementioned good results will be affected or negated].
