मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-15, verse-71

धर्म उवाच ।
अब्बिन्दवो यथाम्भोधौ यथा वा दिवि तारकाः ।
यथा वा वर्षता धारा गड्गायां सिकता यथा ॥७१॥
71. dharma uvāca .
abbindavo yathāmbhodhau yathā vā divi tārakāḥ .
yathā vā varṣatā dhārā gaḍgāyāṃ sikatā yathā.
71. dharmaḥ uvāca | apbindavaḥ yathā ambhodhau yathā vā divi
tārakāḥ | yathā vā varṣatā dhārā gaṅgāyām sikatā yathā
71. Dharma said: "Just as there are countless drops of water in the ocean, or stars in the sky, or raindrops falling during a downpour, or grains of sand in the Gaṅgā..."
