मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-15, verse-5

भर्तृपिण्डमुपाश्नन् यस्तदिष्टं न निषेवते ।
सोऽपि मोहसमापन्नो जायते वानरो मृतः ॥५॥
5. bhartṛpiṇḍamupāśnan yastadiṣṭaṃ na niṣevate .
so'pi mohasamāpanno jāyate vānaro mṛtaḥ.
5. bhartṛpiṇḍam upāśnan yaḥ tat iṣṭam na niṣevate
saḥ api mohasamāpannaḥ jāyate vānaraḥ mṛtaḥ
5. One who consumes the master's sustenance but does not follow his wishes, he too, having fallen into delusion (moha), becomes a monkey after death.
