मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-15, verse-31

षण्ढः फलापहरणात् काष्ठस्य घुणकीटकः ।
पुष्पापहृद् दरिद्रश्च पङ्गुर्यानापहृन्नरः ॥३१॥
31. ṣaṇḍhaḥ phalāpaharaṇāt kāṣṭhasya ghuṇakīṭakaḥ .

31. Through the theft of fruits (phala), one becomes an impotent person. One who steals wood (kāṣṭha) becomes a woodworm (ghuṇakīṭaka). A thief of flowers (puṣpa) becomes poor. And a person who steals conveyances (yāna) becomes lame.
