17. akṛtajño'dhamaḥ puṃsāṃ vimukto narakānnaraḥ .

17.
An ungrateful person (akṛtajña), the lowest among men, even if released from hell, is born as an ingrate (kṛtaghna), a worm, an insect, a moth, and a scorpion.
