मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-15, verse-46

स्वकर्मफलभोक्तॄणां पुण्यानां पापिनां तथा ।
तदेह्यन्यत्र गच्छामो दृष्टं सर्वं त्वयाधुना ।
त्वया दृष्टो हि नरकस्तदेह्यन्यत्र गम्यताम् ॥४६॥
46. svakarmaphalabhoktṝṇāṃ puṇyānāṃ pāpināṃ tathā .
tadehyanyatra gacchāmo dṛṣṭaṃ sarvaṃ tvayādhunā .
tvayā dṛṣṭo hi narakastadehyanyatra gamyatām.
46. svakarmaphalabhoktṝṇām puṇyānām pāpinām
tathā tat ehi anyatra gacchāmaḥ
dṛṣṭam sarvam tvayā adhunā tvayā dṛṣṭaḥ
hi narakaḥ tat ehi anyatra gamyatām
46. It is for those who experience the results of their own actions (karma)—the meritorious as well as the sinful—that these states exist. Therefore, come, let us go elsewhere; you have now seen everything. Indeed, hell (naraka) has been seen by you; therefore, come, let us go elsewhere.
