महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-61, verse-22

तदयं पाण्डुपुत्रेण व्यसने वर्तता भृशम् ।
समाहूतेन कितवैरास्थितो द्रौपदीपणः ॥२२॥
22. tadayaṁ pāṇḍuputreṇa vyasane vartatā bhṛśam ,
samāhūtena kitavairāsthito draupadīpaṇaḥ.
22. tat ayam pāṇḍuputreṇa vyasane vartatā bhṛśam
samāhūtena kitavaiḥ āsthitaḥ draupadīpaṇaḥ
22. Therefore, this son of Pāṇḍu, being deeply afflicted by misfortune, was invited by the gamblers, and Draupadī was made the stake.
