10. bhīmasena uvāca ,
evamasmikṛtaṁ vidyāṁ yadyasyāhaṁ dhanaṁjaya ,
dīpte'gnau sahitau bāhū nirdaheyaṁ balādiva.

Bhīmasena said: 'O Dhanañjaya (Arjuna), if I, who am her protector, allow this (humiliation) to be seen as accomplished, then I would rather burn my two arms together in a blazing fire, as if compelled by force.'
