महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-336, verse-9

आगतिश्च गतिश्चैव पूर्वं ते कथिता मया ।
गहनो ह्येष धर्मो वै दुर्विज्ञेयोऽकृतात्मभिः ॥९॥
9. āgatiśca gatiścaiva pūrvaṁ te kathitā mayā ,
gahano hyeṣa dharmo vai durvijñeyo'kṛtātmabhiḥ.
9. āgatiḥ ca gatiḥ ca eva pūrvam te kathitā mayā
gahanaḥ hi eṣaḥ dharmaḥ vai durvijñeyaḥ akṛtātmabhiḥ
9. Both your coming and going were indeed previously explained by me. This natural law (dharma) is truly profound and difficult to comprehend for those whose inner self is not perfected.
