महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-336, verse-54

हरिरेव हि क्षेत्रज्ञो निर्ममो निष्कलस्तथा ।
जीवश्च सर्वभूतेषु पञ्चभूतगुणातिगः ॥५४॥
54. harireva hi kṣetrajño nirmamo niṣkalastathā ,
jīvaśca sarvabhūteṣu pañcabhūtaguṇātigaḥ.

54. Indeed, Hari Himself is the knower of the field (kṣetrajña), free from possessiveness and indivisible. He is also the individual soul (jīva) in all beings, transcending the qualities of the five elements.
