ekam śeṣam parityajya katham eva vā vayam tiṣṭhāmaḥ? cūḍālā uvāca rājasattama,
vayam ādyantamadhyeṣu rājānaḥ

Or, having abandoned the one remaining aspect, how indeed do we exist? Cūḍālā said: 'O best of kings, we are kings in the beginning, middle, and end.'
