योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-109, verse-11

सर्वं मुहूर्तध्यानेन चात्मोदन्तं ददर्श सः ।
आराज्यसंपरित्यागाद्वर्तमानक्षणक्रमम् ॥ ११ ॥
sarvaṃ muhūrtadhyānena cātmodantaṃ dadarśa saḥ ,
ārājyasaṃparityāgādvartamānakṣaṇakramam 11
11. sarvam muhūrta-dhyānena ca ātma-udantam dadarśa
saḥ ā-rājya-samparityāgāt vartamāna-kṣaṇa-kramam
11. saḥ ca muhūrta-dhyānena sarvam ātma-udantam
ā-rājya-samparityāgāt vartamāna-kṣaṇa-kramam dadarśa
11. And he, through meditation (dhyāna) for just a moment, perceived his entire life story (ātma-udanta), from the complete renunciation of his kingdom (samparityāga) up to the present sequence of moments.
