योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-13, verse-82

शमसंसक्तमनसां महतां गुणशालिनाम् ।
उदेति निर्वृतिश्चित्ताज्ज्योत्स्नेव सितरोचिषः ॥ ८२ ॥

82. From the minds of great and virtuous individuals whose minds (manas) are deeply attached to tranquility (śama), bliss (nirvṛti) arises, just as moonlight (jyotsnā) emerges from the white-rayed moon.
