68. A king, even while residing within his inner palace, does not shine as much as he does by an appropriate, pure intellect (buddhi) characterized by tranquility (upaśama).
68. אפילו מלך השוכן בהרמונו אינו קורן מתוך תפארת כפי שקורן מי שניחן בתבונה שקולה, זכה ושלווה.
