मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-75, verse-65

औद्वाहिकन्ते भूपाल कथ्यतां किं ददाम्यहम् ।
दुर्लभ्यमपि दास्यामि ममाप्रतिहतन्तपः ॥६५॥
65. audvāhikante bhūpāla kathyatāṃ kiṃ dadāmyaham .
durlabhyamapi dāsyāmi mamāpratihatantapaḥ.
65. audvāhikam te bhūpāla kathyatām kim dadāmi aham
durlabham api dāsyāmi mama apratihatam tapaḥ
65. O King, tell me what I should give you for your wedding. I will give even that which is hard to obtain, for my ascetic power (tapas) is irresistible.
