मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
एवं सोऽत्यन्तदुष्टस्य पुत्रस्य चरितैर्मुनिः ।
दह्यमानमनोवृत्तिर्वृत्तं गर्गमपृच्छत ॥१३॥
एवं सोऽत्यन्तदुष्टस्य पुत्रस्य चरितैर्मुनिः ।
दह्यमानमनोवृत्तिर्वृत्तं गर्गमपृच्छत ॥१३॥
13. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
evaṃ so'tyantaduṣṭasya putrasya caritairmuniḥ .
dahyamānamanovṛttirvṛttaṃ gargamapṛcchata.

Markandeya said: Thus, the sage, whose mind was burning with anguish due to the actions of his extremely wicked son, questioned Garga about the situation.
