मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-75, verse-16

गर्भाधानविधानेन न काममनुरुध्यता ।
पुत्रार्थं जनितश्चायं पुन्नाम्नो बिभ्यता मुने ॥१६॥
16. garbhādhānavidhānena na kāmamanurudhyatā .
putrārthaṃ janitaścāyaṃ punnāmno bibhyatā mune.
16. garbhādhānavidhānena na kāmam anurudhyatā
putrārtham janitaḥ ca ayam punnāmnaḥ bibhyatā mune
16. O sage, this son was conceived through the ritual of conception (garbhādhānavidhāna), not out of desire (kāma), but for the purpose of having a son, specifically by one who fears the hell called Put.
