ग्रहनक्षत्रचन्द्राद्या वानस्पत्यं द्रुमौषधम् ।
व्यक्ताव्यक्तेषु भूतेषु धर्माधर्मप्रवर्त्तकः ॥७०॥

70. He is also the planets, stars, moon, and others; the entire plant kingdom, including trees and herbs. Among all manifest and unmanifest beings, He is the promoter of both natural law (dharma) and its opposite (adharma).
