मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-106, verse-16

एतत्पश्येति भूपाल किमन्यन्मन्युकारणम् ।
ममातिमन्दभाग्याया जहासाथ नृपस्ततः ॥१६॥
16. etatpaśyeti bhūpāla kimanyanmanyukāraṇam .
mamātimandabhāgyāyā jahāsātha nṛpastataḥ.
16. etat paśya iti bhūpāla kim anyat manyukāraṇam
mama atimandabhāgyāyāḥ jahāsātha nṛpaḥ tataḥ
16. "O King (bhūpāla), look at this! What other reason for sorrow could there be for me, who am exceedingly unfortunate? Because of this, you would then abandon me, O King!"
