महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-32, verse-83

नानावादित्रघोषाश्च प्रादुरासन्विशां पते ।
सिंहनादश्च संजज्ञे शूराणामनिवर्तिनाम् ॥८३॥
83. nānāvāditraghoṣāśca prādurāsanviśāṁ pate ,
siṁhanādaśca saṁjajñe śūrāṇāmanivartinām.

siṃha-nādaḥ ca saṃjajñe śūrāṇām anivartinām
83. viśām pate nānā-vāditra-ghoṣāḥ ca prādur-āsan

83. And, O lord of the people, the sounds of various musical instruments arose, and the lion's roar of the unyielding heroes also resounded.
