महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-32, verse-50

क्षुरप्रणुन्नं तत्तस्य शिरश्चन्द्रनिभाननम् ।
शुभदर्शनमेवासीन्नालभ्रष्टमिवाम्बुजम् ॥५०॥
50. kṣurapraṇunnaṁ tattasya śiraścandranibhānanam ,
śubhadarśanamevāsīnnālabhraṣṭamivāmbujam.
50. kṣurapraṇunnam tat tasya śiraḥ candranibhānanam
śubhadarśanam eva āsīt na ālabhraṣṭam iva ambujam
50. tasya kṣurapraṇunnam candranibhānanam śiraḥ tat śubhadarśanam eva āsīt,
na ālabhraṣṭam iva ambujam
50. That head of his, with a moon-like face and pierced by a razor-arrow, was indeed beautiful to behold; it was not merely like a lotus fallen from its stalk.
