गण्डस्योपरि जातानां स्फोटानामत एव नः ।
परमेण प्रयत्नेन न मनो नाम यास्यति ॥ ८६ ॥

86. gaṇḍasya upari jātānām sphoṭānām ata eva naḥ

86. ata eva naḥ gaṇḍasya upari jātānām sphoṭānām
manaḥ nāma parameṇa prayatnena na yāsyati

86. Therefore, for us, like boils that have appeared on the cheek, the mind will not truly cease to exist, even with the greatest effort.
