बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-43, verse-68

आयुः स्थानस्थिताः पापाः कर्मेशः स्वोच्चगो यदा ।
तथापि दीर्घमायु स्यात् विज्ञेयं द्विजसत्तम ॥६८॥
68. āyuḥ sthānasthitāḥ pāpāḥ karmeśaḥ svoccago yadā .
tathāpi dīrghamāyu syāt vijñeyaṃ dvijasattama.
68. āyuḥsthānasthitāḥ pāpāḥ karmeśaḥ svoccagaḥ yadā
tathāpi dīrgham āyuḥ syāt vijñeyam dvijasattama
68. O best among the twice-born (dvijasattama), know that even if malefic planets are situated in the house of longevity (āyuḥ sthāna), a long life span is nevertheless indicated when the lord of the 10th house (karmeśa) is exalted.
