बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-43, verse-11

एकभे तु बहुष्वेको हरेत्स्वांशां बली ग्रहः ।
नाऽत्र क्षीणस्य चन्द्रस्य पापत्वं मुनिभिः स्मृतम् ॥११॥
11. ekabhe tu bahuṣveko haretsvāṃśāṃ balī grahaḥ .
nā'tra kṣīṇasya candrasya pāpatvaṃ munibhiḥ smṛtam.
11. ekabhe tu bahuṣu ekaḥ haret svām aṃśām balī grahaḥ
na atra kṣīṇasya candrasya pāpatvam munibhiḥ smṛtam
11. But (tu) when many planets (bahuṣu) are in one sign (ekabhe), the one strong planet (balī graha) secures (haret) its own share (svāṃ aṃśā). However, in this matter (atra), the malefic nature (pāpatva) of the waning Moon (kṣīṇasya candrasya) is not considered (na smṛtam) by the sages (munibhiḥ).
