बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-43, verse-47

योगहेतौ शनौ कक्ष्याह्रासोऽन्यैर्वृद्धिरुच्यते ।
न स्वर्क्षतुङ्गगे नो वा पापमात्रयुतेक्षिते ॥४७॥
47. yogahetau śanau kakṣyāhrāso'nyairvṛddhirucyate .
na svarkṣatuṅgage no vā pāpamātrayutekṣite.
47. yoga-hetau śanau kakṣyā-hrāsaḥ anyaiḥ vṛddhiḥ ucyate
na sva-ṛkṣa-tuṅgage na u vā pāpa-mātra-yuta-īkṣite
47. When Saturn (śani) is the cause of a beneficial combination (yoga), a reduction in the orbital period (kakṣyā) is declared, while by others, an increase is stated. This does not apply when Saturn is in its own sign or exaltation, nor when it is merely conjoined with or aspected by malefic planets.
