मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-113, verse-52

पुनर्यावत्स गृह्णाति मुशलं तं महासुरः ।
तावत्सा वन्दनव्याजात्पस्पर्शानेकशः शुभा ॥५२॥
52. punaryāvatsa gṛhṇāti muśalaṃ taṃ mahāsuraḥ .
tāvatsā vandanavyājātpasparśānekaśaḥ śubhā.
52. punaḥ yāvat sa gṛhṇāti musalam tam mahāsuraḥ
tāvat sā vandanavyājāt pasparśa anekaśaḥ śubhā
52. Again, while that great demon was taking that mace, she, the auspicious one, touched it many times on the pretext of salutation.
