मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-113, verse-34

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
ततस्तौ तत्सुतौ प्राप्य तं गर्त्तं तत्पदानुगौ ।
युयुधाते कुजृम्भेण स्वसैन्येनातिकोपितौ ॥३४॥
34. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
tatastau tatsutau prāpya taṃ garttaṃ tatpadānugau .
yuyudhāte kujṛmbheṇa svasainyenātikopitau.
34. mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca tataḥ tau tatsutau prāpya tam gartam
tatpadānugau yuyudhāte kujṛmbheṇa svasainyena atikopitau
34. Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then, those two sons (of his), following his footsteps, reached that pit. Highly enraged, they fought Kujṛmbha with their own army.
