ऋषिरुवाच ।
किन्न वेत्सि महीपाल वागर्थस्त्वं हि मे मतः ।
ज्ञेयं सर्वं नरेन्द्रेण वर्तते यन्महीतले ॥१५॥

kinna vetsi mahīpāla vāgarthastvaṃ hi me mataḥ .
jñeyaṃ sarvaṃ narendreṇa vartate yanmahītale.

The sage said: "O protector of the earth, do you not know? You are indeed considered by me to be the essence of speech. Everything that exists on the earth should be known by a king."
