मनु-स्मृतिः       manu-smṛtiḥ - chapter-6, verse-30

ऋषिभिर्ब्राह्मणैश्चैव गृहस्थैरेव सेविताः ।
विद्यातपोविवृद्ध्यर्थं शरीरस्य च शुद्धये ॥३०॥
30. ṛṣibhirbrāhmaṇaiścaiva gṛhasthaireva sevitāḥ ,
vidyātapovivṛddhyarthaṁ śarīrasya ca śuddhaye.
