महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-43, verse-8

एते बहुत्वात्त्वरिताः पुनर्गच्छन्ति पाण्डवम् ।
समुद्रमिव वार्योघाः प्रावृट्काले महारथाः ॥८॥
8. ete bahutvāttvaritāḥ punargacchanti pāṇḍavam ,
samudramiva vāryoghāḥ prāvṛṭkāle mahārathāḥ.
8. ete bahutvāt tvaritāḥ punaḥ gacchanti pāṇḍavam
samudram iva vāryogāḥ prāvṛṭkāle mahārathāḥ
8. mahārathāḥ bahutvāt tvaritāḥ ete punaḥ pāṇḍavam

8. These great charioteers (mahārathas), numerous and swift, repeatedly advance towards the son of Pāṇḍu, just as floods rush into the ocean during the rainy season.
