महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-221, verse-9

यमश्च मृत्युना सार्धं सर्वतः परिवारितः ।
घोरैर्व्याधिशतैर्याति घोररूपवपुस्तथा ॥९॥
9. yamaśca mṛtyunā sārdhaṁ sarvataḥ parivāritaḥ ,
ghorairvyādhiśatairyāti ghorarūpavapustathā.

9. Yama (Yama), with a similarly dreadful form, proceeds accompanied by Death (mṛtyu) and is surrounded on all sides by hundreds of terrible diseases.
