महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-221, verse-35

निपतद्भिश्च तैर्घोरैर्देवानीकं महायुधैः ।
क्षणेन व्यद्रवत्सर्वं विमुखं चाप्यदृश्यत ॥३५॥
35. nipatadbhiśca tairghorairdevānīkaṁ mahāyudhaiḥ ,
kṣaṇena vyadravatsarvaṁ vimukhaṁ cāpyadṛśyata.
35. nipatadbhiḥ ca taiḥ ghoraiḥ devānīkam mahāyudhaiḥ
kṣaṇena vyadravat sarvam vimukham ca api adṛśyata
35. And by those terrible great weapons falling upon them, the entire army of the gods quickly fled and appeared to be turning away.
