महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-221, verse-14

तस्य दक्षिणतो भाति दण्डो गच्छञ्श्रिया वृतः ।
भृग्वङ्गिरोभिः सहितो देवैश्चाप्यभिपूजितः ॥१४॥
14. tasya dakṣiṇato bhāti daṇḍo gacchañśriyā vṛtaḥ ,
bhṛgvaṅgirobhiḥ sahito devaiścāpyabhipūjitaḥ.

14. To his right, a staff shone, moving along, enveloped in splendor and accompanied by the Bhrigus and Angirasas, and it was also revered by the gods.
