महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-146, verse-80

कारुण्यात्सौहृदाच्चैव वारये त्वां महाबल ।
नातः परं त्वया शक्यं गन्तुमाश्वसिहि प्रभो ॥८०॥
80. kāruṇyātsauhṛdāccaiva vāraye tvāṁ mahābala ,
nātaḥ paraṁ tvayā śakyaṁ gantumāśvasihi prabho.
80. kāruṇyāt sauhṛdāt ca eva vāraye tvām mahābala na
ataḥ param tvayā śakyam gantum āśvasihi prabho
80. Out of compassion and friendship, I truly wish to prevent you, O mighty one. From this point, it is not possible for you to go further. Therefore, take comfort, O lord.
