महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-146, verse-71

निरीक्षन्तमवित्रस्तं लोचनैर्मधुपिङ्गलैः ।
तं वानरवरं वीरमतिकायं महाबलम् ॥७१॥
71. nirīkṣantamavitrastaṁ locanairmadhupiṅgalaiḥ ,
taṁ vānaravaraṁ vīramatikāyaṁ mahābalam.

tam vānaravaram vīram atikāyam mahābalam
71. Looking on fearlessly with honey-brown eyes, he was that best of monkeys, heroic, enormous-bodied, and exceedingly mighty.
