महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-146, verse-60

कदलीषण्डमध्यस्थो निद्रावशगतस्तदा ।
जृम्भमाणः सुविपुलं शक्रध्वजमिवोच्छ्रितम् ।
आस्फोटयत लाङ्गूलमिन्द्राशनिसमस्वनम् ॥६०॥
60. kadalīṣaṇḍamadhyastho nidrāvaśagatastadā ,
jṛmbhamāṇaḥ suvipulaṁ śakradhvajamivocchritam ,
āsphoṭayata lāṅgūlamindrāśanisamasvanam.

60. Then, as he yawned while lying amidst a grove of plantain trees, having been overcome by sleep, he cracked his immense tail, which was uplifted like Indra's banner and made a sound like Indra's thunderbolt.
