ततो ये क्षत्रिया राजञ्शतशस्तेन जीविताः ।
ते विवृद्धा महावीर्याः पृथिवीपतयोऽभवन् ॥५३॥

53. tato ye kṣatriyā rājañśataśastena jīvitāḥ ,
te vivṛddhā mahāvīryāḥ pṛthivīpatayo'bhavan.

53. O King, those Kshatriyas whom he (Paraśurāma) had spared in hundreds, they grew mighty and became rulers of the earth.
